Map of the City of Sacramento showing old and new streets from 1926 is a brittle survivor of a different age. Still able to transport today's computer-driven technology to a simpler city, this Sacramento was in the midst of prosperity and a building boom that would produce the Alhambra, the Memorial Auditorium and a new Elk's Temple.
Compiled from official records showing the new street names in accordance with ordinance No. 249, (third series). Adopted December 8, 1916. Completed to January 1, 1917.
