This REPORT ON THE RAILROAD SITUATION IN THE CITY OF SACRAMENTO was prepared by the California Railroad Commission's Transportation Division from information gathered in 1929. Sacramento's master plan was adopted by the City Planning Commission in September of 1928 and this map shows the street plan in use at that time, basically unchanged after almost seventy-five years.
