The ANNUAL STATISTICAL REPORT FOR SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA - FISCAL YEAR 1924-1925 is a wealth of information and photos. According to this source the Isleton bridge is located one mile above the town on the scenic river route. Opened on October 27, 1923. It is a drawbridge and in an emergency three men can open the bridge by hand in about one hour's time.
