An electric streetcar heads east from the City Wharf down M Street (now Capitol Ave.) towards the Capitol, ca. 1900. Crane Co. Plumber's Supplies on left. Street is unpaved. This line ran by a circular route from the waterfront (now the Tower Bridge) to the Western Pacific Depot at 19th and K Streets. Copy print.
