A loose group of watercraft near the banks of the Sacramento River congregate about the Sacramento Boat Club. According to the SACRAMENTO WEEKLY and ALTA CALIFORNIAN the club competed with the Washington (now West Sacramento) and San Francisco Bay clubs in various speed and skill matches. This card is postmarked August, 1917.
