This pamphlet is the announcement of the Kuhn California Project, principal officer, W.S. Kuhn. The proposal was to develop farms of 10 to 40 acres, relying on the great irrigating system that the firm has planned. As the brochure touts: "In this part of California, the family garden may contain its trees of oranges and lemons from which fresh fruit will be available many months in the year. Here may be grown all the decidious fruits. Here may be grown all the vegetables that may be produced anywhere, and many things that other regions do not yield."
