The auto has replaced the buggies, the retail businesses have changed, the Pantages is now the Capitol and the Liberty has joined the fold to become the third movie house on one block of downtown Sacramento. Notice how the tangle of power lines so obvious in the earlier photo have been cosmetically eliminated.
