Cattle graze in pastoral peace beside great mounds of harvested grain on the front cover of this enticement leaflet printed and circulated by the Sacramento Valley Development Association in 1905. The back cover offers returns per acre for items grown in the Valley. Loganberries and Blackberries head the list with an estimated yield of $250-$300. The Sacramento Valley Development Association claimed "we have nothing to sell," but this slim leaflet showed that local developers actually had nothing to do but gain from every new settler they could entice into the area.
